Life is full of seasons.The weather changes throughout the year, we grow and change as humans, relationships and opportunities come and go. Some of these seasons are busy and stressful, while others are more relaxing. Since we know that these seasons will continually change, we can prepare ourselves using specific strategies to try and make the transitions a little less challenging and leave time for more enjoyment and happiness. I always remember back-to-school time being so bittersweet; you’re not quite ready to let go of the freedom and relaxation of summertime, but you’re sick of the heat and miss your friends, a routine, and learning. Hello, Goodbye - In the Blink of an Eye

It’s hard to believe that we are already halfway through August. It feels like the entire month of July was just one blink, here and then gone. We spent the first bit of July camping out on the ranch with family for a bit of a “staycation,” as well as to celebrate the 4th of July. We swam, had BBQ dinners, played games, and relaxed.
