WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?


Because our items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify vendor within 3 days of receiving the item (per shipment delivery date) and the vendor will work to correct the situation.

 

WHERE IS TWISSELMAN TRADING COMPANY LOCATED?

Twisselman Trading Company is located in Central California in the rural outskirts of San Luis Obispo County. 

 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND/PRODUCTION TIME ON MY ITEM?


Because our items are handmade and often made to order, we have a 2-3 week production time on all items, unless otherwise specified in the specific listing details. We hand craft each item with the utmost care and precision to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Production time does not include weekends or shipping time.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS?

Yes, custom orders can be requested using the "Custom Order Request" form.


Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PST. Please allow up to 48 hours for email inquiries to be answered.
